  • 2007
    longrun's founder, Mr. Zhou, left his hometown in Mianyang, Sichuan Province, in 2007 to work in Chengdu alone. His first job in Chengdu was as an interior designer, then he worked in stocks, futures and opened a hot pot restaurant. Three years later, with all his savings and help from his parents, he set up an interior design company.
  • 2011
    In 2011, Mr. Zhou went to Myanmar to work with a Southeast Asian project. During this period, he traveled around the Southeast Asian countries and found the opportunity of new energy market vacancy in Southeast Asia, so he resolutely decided to change his career to engage in new energy industry after returning to China the following year.
  • 2012
    In 2012, he saw the development potential of new energy all over the world and founded longrun, located in Jinniu District, Chengdu. At first, he started to do BMS and charging machines, and then gradually began to develop in the direction of batteries. By the end of 2012, the annual sales had reached RMB 3 million.
  • 2015
    In 2015, with the demand of production scale upgrading, Mr. Zhou rented 1,000 square meters of land in Badu District of Chengdu and set up a factory. In the same year, longrun set up a branch in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. The upgrading of production capacity has led to a surge in orders, with sales reaching RMB 4 million in the first quarter of 2015.
  • 2018
    In 2018, home energy crisis set off a wave around the world. Our company invested 500 million yuan of R&D funds in energy storage batteries and inverters. We reached cooperation agreements with 18 high efficiency and research institutions to ensure that our technology is at the cutting-edge level of the industry. In the same year, we won the bid of 20 million yuan industrial energy storage project of China Southern Power Grid, and our products have been recognized continuously.
  • 2021
    In 2021, Longrun products have been recognized by customers in many countries. As for the products themselves, our purpose is to provide customers with the best products. We hope to have positive and friendly exchanges with customers in more countries to help customers achieve market success. We firmly believe that the philosophy of two-way communication, positive learning attitude and excellent product quality has always been the secret of Longrun Energy's success.
